Three Ginger Vodka Spritzer
One of our absolute favourites for helping to stoke your inner fires, ginger root is a dream come true for mixologists too. Both spicy and sweet, ginger can be just the ingredient to give a cocktail recipe a fiery zing and really bring it to life. We've taken things to the next step, by creating a cocktail syrup using our Three Ginger tea. This blend of sweet galangal, ginger and golden turmeric is both refreshing and warming so can be enjoyed come rain or shine. Serve up and enjoy with bourbon, tequila or (like below) vodka.

Lentil Dal and Spiced Roast Cauliflower
This recipe was written by Hollie Grant, Owner of Pilates PT and author of The Model Method. I love Indian food, and the more fragrant it is, the better. This dhal has a few components but they are all well worth the effort. I love serving this on a large platter so people can help themselves to the accompaniments. Lentils are an incredible source of fibre, which helps to maintain a healthy digestive system. This recipe also contributes two portions of vegetables to your five-a-day and is a high source of fibre and a source of protein. The mint yoghurt cuts through the spices of the dal beautifully.
