What you need:

  • 1 cup milk or plant milk of your choice

  • 1 Vanilla Chai teabag

  • 2 teaspoons ground almonds

  • 1 cardamom pod, crushed

  • Small pinch nutmeg

  • Honey (optional)

What you do

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pan and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a mug and stir in a teaspoon of honey to taste, if desired.
