These tasty cocoa energy balls are packed with healthy fats and plant proteins from the nuts which help to keep you feeling fuller for longer. They provide a steady source of energy to power you throughout the day.

Super simple to make, using just five ingredients. They're also gluten free, dairy free and vegan.

What you need:

  • Scales

  • Food processor

  • Spoon

  • Plates

  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil

  • 100g ground almonds

  • 150g dates

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.

  • Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.

  • Place the rolled balls into the fridge or freezer for around 1 hour, then remove and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
