
Spirulina Protein Smoothie

Rich in natural plant protein, spirulina is the perfect addition to any post-workout smoothie. We’ve created a protein shake recipe that brings you all the benefits of spirulina powder and tastes amazing as well. What’s more, this recipe is packed with a whole list of incredible superfood ingredients too.
What you need:
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 avocado
1/2 apple
1 heaped tablespoon organic spirulina powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup brewed & cooled Pukka Feel New, Fresh Start or Radiance tea
Fresh blueberries & cacao nibs for garnish (optional)
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut (optional)

What you do
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender (or food processor) and process until smooth.
Pour into two glasses, top with the garnishes (if using), and enjoy with your workout buddy.
Tip: Add a little less liquid to turn this recipe into a smoothie bowl.
