You’re the early bird that catches the worm, naturally waking up early and raring to go if you got enough sleep that is – otherwise you still tend to wake up early but can be exhausted, maybe reaching for caffeine to get you going.
You generally wake up feeling rested if you got to bed by 11pm and didn’t stay up till the early hours.
You get sometimes need a lot of encouragement to get out of bed in the morning, and rely on your alarm clock to wake up as otherwise you could sleep late every day.
