What you do

  1. Simmer the Shiitake mushrooms in 3 pints of water for half an hour.
  2. Then to the mushroom water, add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the Pukka Vitalise Powder) and simmer for 45 minutes.
  3. Add the teaspoon of Pukka Vitalise powder when it’s off the heat.
  4. Remove the kombu before eating.
  5. Adjust to your taste and enjoy with a swirl of Pukka Hemp Seed Oil.               Note: you can also include any other favourite vegetables and herbs.
