Take your daily dose of nature's 'Golden Goddess' turmeric in a refreshing new way with our delicious turmeric latte ice pop recipe.

The perfect way to enjoy the benefits of Pukka's Wholitstic™ Turmeric whilst keeping cool in hotter weather.

6-8 (dependent on the size of moulds) People
Prepare in
20 minutes (then freeze overnight)

What you do

1. Slowly heat the coconut milk in a pan on a low heat (be careful not to scald it)

2. Open the Wholistic™ Turmeric capsules and add the contents to the milk, whisking the mixture until fully blended

(try not to get too much of the turmeric on your fingers as it can stain)

3. Once the mixture is hot and the capsules are blended in, remove from the heat and strain to remove any excess sediment

4. Add the honey while the mixture is still hot and stir well

(you could stop here and enjoy this recipe as a turmeric latte)

5. Leave the mixture to cool to room temperature

6. Once cool, give it another good stir then pour evenly into your ice pop moulds and place in the freezer overnight

Tip: run a little bit of warm water over the outside of the mould to help loosen the ice pops
