You can’t beat the pleasure of a good cocktail, whether at home with friends, lazing by the beach or as a special treat after a long week. But what do you do when you want to treat yourself without the heaviness of creamy cocktails, the acidity of fruit juice or the artificial flavours of soft drinks? Using three different Pukka teas, we’ve created three captivating cocktails that are sure to make your taste buds come alive. 

 

Prepare in
2 1/2 hours

What you do

  1. Himalayan Heights
  2. Cover three Pukka Three Ginger tea bags with 150ml of boiling water, and leave to infuse for 30 minutes in a covered container.
  3. After 30 minutes, strain to create a Three Ginger essence, and chill this in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. When chilled, stir 50ml of the Three Ginger essence together with 25ml of vodka, a handful of crushed ice, the juice of a quarter of a lemon and a dash of honey. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Cool For Cats
  6. Cover three Pukka Three Mint tea bags with 150ml of boiling water, and leave to infuse for 30 minutes in a covered container.
  7. After 30 minutes, strain to create a Three Mint essence, and chill this in the fridge for 2 hours.
  8. When chilled, stir 50ml of the Three Mint essence together with 25ml of caipirinha, a handful of crushed ice, the juice of one lime and a sprinkling of sugar. Top up with Prosecco, and finish with a few fresh mint leaves.
  9. Pukkalini
  10. Cover three Pukka Love tea bags with 150ml of boiling water, and leave to infuse for 30 minutes in a covered container.
  11. After 30 minutes, strain to create a Love essence, and chill this in the fridge for 2 hours.
  12. When chilled, stir 50ml of the Love essence together with 50ml of pomegranate juice, and top up with Champagne or Prosseco. Add 1 tsp of rosewater per glass (optional), and finish with a fresh rose petal.
