Using different types of oils in your salad dressings can not only completely alter the flavour, but will impart different nourishing properties too. Try using hemp oil as a base: it will add a lovely earthy note to your salad, and is packed full of essential fatty Omega 3 oils. If you like your salad dressings a little lighter, add in some olive oil to the mix.
