Cup of Love

Chamomile flower This little yellow flower brings peace to your heart. By relaxing your body it relaxes your mind and helps you get in touch with your feelings.

Limeflower The heavenly flowers of this enormous tree relax you into a blissful state where you are ready to connect with love.

Marigold petal The mother of all healing plants. Also known as calendula (because they often flower for a full calendar year), it brings joy and colour to your tea and to your life. Marigold is a renowned healer of all types of trauma, both physical and emotional. It’s specifically used for skin irritation and you can use a pure marigold tea as a compress on burns and sores. Its ability to bring balance is especially useful when a menstrual cycle is irregular or painful.

Rose flower The ultimate aroma of amore. Rose has a special affinity with the heart, helping you to open up to the unlimited possibilities of love.

Lavender flower Just smelling lavender cheers your heart, soothes pain and makes you feel like anything is possible.

Licorice root Sweet and calming, licorice is used to enhance feelings of love and compassion, as well as offset some of the slightly tangy notes in this floral tea.

This tea makes a great foot-soak to help you relax and bask in the waters of love. It actually looks amazing with all the petals in too. Just scale up the measures for the tea above and soak your feet in the warm water for some deep herbal bliss.
