Warming ginger nut porridge

  • 2 persons
  • 15 minutes

Start your morning off with the warming festive flavours in this comforting recipe, made with our Three Ginger Tea.

Bursting with spices and nutty goodness, it's a delicious and wholesome treat to set you up for the day in the colder months.

Info for the doshas: Vata and Kapha types can soak the nuts overnight to help make them more digestible. Kapha types are advised to sweeten only with honey as this is the best type of sweetener for them.
