What you do

Cover three Pukka Three Ginger tea bags with 150ml of boiling water, and leave to infuse for 30 minutes in a covered container.

Strain to create a Three Ginger essence, and chill this in the fridge for 2 hours.

When chilled, stir 50ml of the Three Ginger essence together with 25ml of vodka, a handful of crushed ice, the juice of a quarter of a lemon and a dash of honey.

Top up with sparkling water or ginger ale.
