Herbal Tea Concentrate Ice Cubes
An herbal tea concentrate is a strongly brewed herbal tea with a punch of flavor in a smaller amount of liquid. We like to use 1 tea bag per 2 ounces of water, and you can adjust this to your flavor preferences. These little concentrate cubes are perfect to keep on hand in the summer months when you may not want a hot cup of tea, but crave the flavors of your favorite Pukka blends. We also love adding these concentrates into mocktails for a surprise of herbal flavor. Add 2-3 ice cubes to sparkling water for a delicious cooling beverage!
What you need:
3 Tea bags of your favorite Pukka blend (Three Mint, Turmeric Active, Supreme Matcha Green or Lemon Ginger Manuka Honey are our favorites)
6 ounces hot water
Ice cube trays

How to Make:
Bring 6 ounces of water to a boil.
Steep 3 tea bags in 6 ounces of hot water until the water has cooled*.
Pur into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Add these ice cubes to mineral or sparking water to enjoy on the warmest summer days.
*For Supreme Matcha Green Cubes, brew only for 3-5min, not until fully cool like the other teas. While herbal teas can brew until the water naturally cools, green & black teas will become quite bitter if brewed for too long.
