Elderberry & Echinacea Popsicles

A delicious and refreshing way to enjoy our Elderberry & Echinacea tea for the summer months! Bursting with fruity flavor and a tart berry finish, these popsicles are a low-sugar treat for the whole family.

What you need:

  • 8-12 Elderberry & Echinacea tea bags (depending on desired strength)

  • 8 cups of water

  • Fresh blackberries or other fresh fruit on hand

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

  • Popsicle mold


How to Make:

  • In a large pitcher, add the tea bags along with 8 cups of hot water. Let steep together for 10 minutes.

  • Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into the popsicle molds.

  • Add 2-3 fresh blackberries (or other fresh fruit) to each popsicle.

  • Cover the popsicle mold, then add your popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Freeze overnight.
