Based in our award-winning Bristol head office, we’re looking for a Certification Coordinator to join our fun, fast-paced world. As our Certification Coordinator you’ll be working closely with our Certification Officer as the go to technical experts for certification. Working closely with our operations and marketing teams and our partner packers you’ll also help foster a culture of certification excellence. Day to day you’ll ensure the compliance to our certification standards throughout our supply chain, manage stakeholders and maintain our certification management system. You’ll assess artwork and packaging ensuring that it complies with standards, resolve certification queries and questions, and liaise with project teams across the business to ensure certification timelines are embedded in our processes. You’ll facilitate our annual inspections for all our certifications and work with our partner packers to collate the information required for the audits. As the business continues to develop, you’ll be working with new stakeholders to share information on our certifications and ensure compliance into the future.
Educated to a BSc or equivalent, in a relevant field, you’ll have previous experience of supporting the management of a certification scheme or similar or have regulatory experience in a technical compliance role. You’ll have experience of audits and have played a key role in collating the data for these. You’ll also be a passionate advocate of fair and organic standards and have a basic understanding of the principles of organic food and labelling.

Highly organised, you’re able to prioritise effectively and balance priorities, and demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive approach when tasks require a quick step change in delivery.
