Based in our inspiring Bristol head office, the Social and Content Manager is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £40k per annum depending on experience, alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.

About the opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity to connect people around the world with the powerful organic plants in Pukka’s herbal creations. Your key focus will be to grow reach and engagement on social media around the world. You’ll be able to translate strategy into action, focusing on bringing Pukka into more people’s lives. You will provide the direction for social media and feed into all marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be the resident expert and champion for social media at Pukka, serving the various country teams by providing the insights and inspiration necessary to explode Pukka on social. You will form strong relationships within the business as well as with relevant agency partners, not to forget, working alongside Pukka’s very own in house creative team and PR team.

You will collaborate with global and local experts in market research, media, digital and PR to bring to life the social strategy. This role will translate priorities and plans into a global content calendar and then work with a team to produce, deliver and learn from the performance around the world.

About you

You’ll have a proven track record of managing social. You have strong creative, aesthetic judgement and experience in delivering multi-media content for multiple digital channels across multiple territories.

You’ll have a good understanding of social media management tools and content tracking and tagging and be on top of the latest trends driving performance of content  to maximise reach and bring messages to life in the most shareable ways.

The role requires a flexible individual who’s experienced and comfortable with thinking and planning strategically one minute, putting on their creative and writing hat the next and then seamlessly dealing with immediate conversations. A lover of all things digital, you will be enthusiastic and positive, with a curious and naturally inquisitive approach to your work.
