Pukka’s brand-new organic Winter Warmer tea is just the tonic – packed with festive flavours of cinnamon, clove, ginger star anise and orange, it truly is merriment in a mug. It is scrumptious brewed simply as a tea but can also work wonders stewed into something a little stronger too….

Winter Warmer Mulled Wine

  • 4 persons

Rejoice in the warming and uplifting flavours of festivity in Pukka’s Winter Warmer. For this recipe, we are using organic merlot (as it’s the wine highest in antioxidants) but if you are avoiding alcohol, this is also delicious as a virgin mulled ‘cider’ – just swap out the organic merlot for organic apple juice. Comfort and joy, here we come.

Ingredients:

We recommend trying to source organic ingredients for the below where you can – for your health and that of the planet’s too.

  • Five Pukka Winter Warmer tea bags

  • 750ml merlot (or 750ml apple juice)

  • Slices of lemon

  • Two oranges

  • Three tbsp maple syrup or to taste

  • 20 cloves
