This is a glass of pure fiery fun. It’s a fabulously spicy drink – perfect for those summer evenings.

What you need:

  • 3 Turmeric Gold Pukka tea bags
  • 25 ml gin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • ginger ale enough to top up each glass
  • crushed ice

What you do

  1. Cover the teabags with 150ml boiling water

  2. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes in a covered container

  3. Strain, then leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours

  4. When ready to serve, add to a glass a shot of gin, 2 shorts of tea, crushed ice, a twist of lemon and a dash of honey

  5. Stir, then top up with ginger ale
