What you do

Take your organic merlot (the wine highest in the antioxidant resveratrol) and add to a large saucepan

Add sliced organic lemons to the wine

Cut two organic oranges in half and press cloves into the skin before adding to the pan

Add the 5 tea bags of Pukka Vanilla Chai or Original Chai to the pan along with some grated nutmeg

Warm the mixture gently making sure that it doesn't boil

Add the three tablespoons of brown sugar and gently heat for 15 minutes

Ladle into glasses and say cheers to the festive season!
