Supply Chain Analyst UK

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who is passionate about building excellent relationships, who gets the detail spot on, and who thrives on delivering to customers? Do you aspire to play a key role in a Supply Chain team at a purposeful, sustainable and growing ethical brand? Use your supply chain expertise and skills to help us deliver our mission and support Pukka’s phenomenal sales.

Based in our award-winning Bristol head office and reporting to our Supply Planning Manager, this exciting role comes with a salary of up to £35k per annum depending on experience, alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.

About the opportunity

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be working with our Unilever colleagues to understand their demand for a range of Pukka products. You’ll be the key contact for day-to-day Unilever communications, to ascertain dispatch confirmations and resolve any issues. In this international markets facing role you’ll build key relationships with Unilever, and our Operations and Sales teams to deliver the right stock levels to support Pukka’s phenomenal sales.

You’ll provide great service by working closely with Unilever to understand their supply chain, to ensure the timely delivery of all Pukka finished goods, and to identify opportunities that provide mutual benefit to both businesses. With Unilever Europe and North America you’ll understand their demands across our supplements, lattes, and gifts/merchandise (Pukkaware) products, and with the remaining international markets, you’ll also understand their demand for tea.

It’s a challenging role where you’ll be working at pace to review and report on forecast accuracy and monthly changes in demand to maximise service. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new markets, managing new product introduction and changes with customers and warehouses.

About you

You’ll have a solid background and experience within a similar supply chain role with a demand planning focus and ideally have gained this within an FMCG, food industry or manufacturing business. You’ll be able to demonstrate a fluent knowledge of supplier to consumer systems and processes.

Resilient and unflappable in the face of making tough priority decisions and regularly changing priorities, you’ll combine this with impeccable communication and influencing skills. You’ll be a great team player with a flexible and adaptable approach that will focus on building relationships, getting the detail right and delivering for our customers and international markets.

With a good working knowledge and understanding of Excel you’ll be able to work quickly and accurately, with an eye for suggesting improvements to processes and systems as you go. You’ll not only understand the data but be able to present complex issues in a straightforward and solution focused manner, primarily because you take a pro-active approach to problem solving, both immediate and for the longer term.

If you are to be our Supply Chain Analyst you’ll thrive at pace and be skilled at turning challenge and obstacles into decisive and purposeful action. You’ll be someone who seizes opportunities to benefit the wider business and communications goals and be passionate about contributing to our purpose-led mission – to nurture healthier, happier lived through powerful organic plants.
