Brand Activation Manager

Based in our inspiring Bristol head office, our Brand Activation Manager role is a fixed-term position to cover 12 months maternity leave, working full-time. About the opportunity

As Brand Activation Manager you’ll be responsible to improving the quality and consistency of all global marketing content to support Pukka’s growth and elevate our brand identity and presence.

Playing a key role across Pukka’s global marketing assets, you’ll act as a key hub for all creative planning and production, providing a holistic view on campaigns and projects. Working closely with the Portfolio and Communications teams, you’ll develop briefs to produce the most effective creative content, across new product development (NPD) launch campaigns, packaging, eCommerce and experiential projects.

You’ll be responsible for managing a clear creative production process, improving quality and consistency across assets, and ensuring all work is integrated across channels. You’ll manage creative input and sign offs, and work with the assigned project teams, including our key creative partners, to ensure content is delivered on time, on brief and on budget. Additionally, you’ll oversee our internal asset library to ensure assets and logged and stored in a comprehensive, accessible system available to all global teams.

In this brand marketing role you’ll have the opportunity to elevate and manage the visual brand identity of Pukka and advise the team on the latest techniques and trends in brand marketing and advertising – enabling us to create agile, impactful and effective content. 

About you

A well-rounded marketer, you’ll be highly proficient in digital marketing, ecommerce marketing and traditional marketing. You’ll bring demonstrable experience of strategy creation, consultation and execution of brand marketing projects and have strong experience of managing agencies. You’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering multi-media marketing content for various channels across multiple territories.

An effective and agile planner, you’ll be highly organised and able to manage multiple complex marketing projects and priorities. With creative experience and knowledge of marketing asset production, you’ll be able to write and understand creative briefs, have a strong ability to articulate creative, to express thinking and concepts in writing, and be able to creatively problem solve.

You’ll provide clarity and direction for key stakeholders in our fast-paced working environment and be a confident, assertive and influential communicator, able to guide teams with your creative and design knowledge. With exceptional critical skills, you’ll have the ability to think rationally and make recommendations to improve projects in hand.
