About the opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal lead role in creating our marketing technology infrastructure to deliver business insights, analysis and data visualisation to help tell the story of what is driving Pukka’s phenomenal performance and growth.
You’ll be empowered to create and continuously improve our marketing technology infrastructure to support global performance measurement across both online and offline channels. You’ll have the opportunity as part of a small, fast-paced, dynamic performance marketing team to make a real impact through your work, your creativity and your passion for sculpting effective BI solutions. You’ll see a direct impact of what you do and how Pukka are delivering our purpose and mission, to nurture healthier, happier lives through powerful organic plants.
We’re looking for someone to join our team who is both excited by the strategic thinking, and the hands-on creation, continual innovation, and automation of our global marketing performance insights. Working end-to-end, from deciding which data streams to use, to finding innovative ways to connect data using new technologies in the MarTech, analytics and visualisation space, to delivering operational insights and automation, you’ll support our eCommerce commercial operations and trading desk to showcase investment returns over multiple horizons. You’ll scope analytic solutions from vague business problems to uncover actionable insights. You’ll challenge our performance marketing team to optimise media investments for better outcomes, using your aptitude to share insights and share learnings with your team and wider Pukka colleagues. Working closely with our eCommerce, Consumer Insights, Finance and Supply Chain teams you’ll develop strong cross functional partnerships across Pukka and become the global thought leader on industry trends and new technologies.
