Try mixing our Juicy Wheat Grass Powder with creamy avocado, fresh herbs, cooling cucumber and the zing of citrus for a refreshing and cleansing smoothie which is perfect for a cleansing, replenishing, revitalising and nourishing breakfast on the go.

This recipe serves 1 Persons and needs 10 min preprations (Overnight).

What you need:

  • 1 teaspoon Pukka Juicy Wheat Grass Powder
  • 1 ripe avocado (stone and skin removed)
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint leaves only
  • 3 sprigs fresh coriander leaves
  • the juice and a little of the rind of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • the juice and a little of the rind of 1 unwaxed lime
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 250-300 millilitres of spring or filtered water
  • ground, to taste, black pepper
  • 2 centimetres of fresh ginger, grated (optional)
  • herbal sea salt (optional)

What you do

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender with 150ml of the water and process until smooth.

  2. Gradually add as much of the remaining water as you need to give the consistency you prefer, and blend until well combined.

  3. Serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.
