Life at Pukka
More than just a job
At Pukka we do things differently. We aim to enable our team to live a more conscious life. One where you will flourish, that will nurture your best qualities and bring your true authentic self to your work and career.
What you'll get out of it
There are plenty of perks to being part of the Pukka family – our free nourish lunches being a big one. Putting the usual benefits aside, we truly believe if you plant people in an environment they like, and support their nourishment, they will flourish and thrive. We continuously work hard to achieve this for our team.
To us, wellbeing and personal development isn’t just a tick box on a form. We invest in our people year-round and ensure they have the opportunities to thrive.
From Pukka socials and away days, flexible working, mindfulness courses, yoga and more, our vision and mission is our priority. Leading the herbal revolution is fast-paced and demanding at times however our passion ensures we have fun along the way.
Save the planet
Pukka champions a more sustainable world and pioneers to create a fairer world. From the incredible organic, fairly traded herbs we use, carefully sourced from over 50 countries worldwide, to the fact that we give 1% of our turnover to support environmental organisations. Our focus is to change things for the better, one cup of tea at a time.
We want to give back - to local communities, to our famers and growers, to the planet. Volunteering is just one of the ways we make a difference, and what’s even better is we love doing it.
Don't take our word for it...
'Pukka' means authentic and is at the heart of everything we do. We always encourage our team to be their authentic self at work, and to be open-hearted and honest in their feedback on what it is like to work at Pukka.
I'm so passionate about our mission and I feel very aligned to our values. It's also a great environment where you can just be yourself and be comfortable in the workplace
I love working for a business whose purpose and credentials are genuinely aiming to benefit the planet
‘I love the fast-paced nature of Pukka. I feel appreciated for the work I do and am excited by future opportunities’
