Based in our award winning Bristol head office, we’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Communications team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. About the opportunity
This exciting opportunity calls for a creative Campaign Manager to join us and support on the planning of global campaigns and manage and deliver Pukka’s UK shopper marketing activity. The role sits within our Communications team, which manages Pukka’s brand communications and is responsible for UK execution and global governance. Through outstanding campaign management this role will continue ensure all our communication channels and platforms champion our mission to connect people, plants and planet, and realise our ambition to be the leader of the herbal health and wellbeing revolution.
Leading on Pukka’s communications campaign planning and it’s in market delivery, day-to-day the role will also support asset delivery to global markets, collaborate with the portfolio team on new product launches, brief our internal design and digital teams on creative, and importantly track performance and shared learnings to continuously improve performance.
The other key focus of the role is delivering outstanding shopper marketing activations in store & online which are on brand and highly effective. Reporting on, reviewing and analysing coverage results and key KPIs is a must, as well as excellent project management of all promotional activity. This includes ensuring that all collateral meets brand guidelines and is available on time and to budget.
We’re looking for someone degree qualified, preferably in marketing or communications, or a business-related subject.
With experience of developing and managing successful campaigns in FMCG, you’ll have worked with external agencies and ideally in-house creative before. Having executed integrated campaigns including in-store, digital, social, experiential, influencer marketing and PR, you’ll bring a brilliant working knowledge of what makes successful marketing campaign delivery. Experience in trade/shopper marketing is also essential, with the ability and skills to monitor and measure our performance.
An excellent and engaging communicator, you’ll be a keen collaborator who can communicate effectively with internal and external parties. An effective and well-organised project manager, you’ll also be a pro at balancing strategic thinking and planning with excellent project delivery. With a range of reporting needed in this role you’ll also demonstrate clear analytical skills, and be able to quickly grasp and build on Pukka’s unique personality in the evolving B2C marketing landscape.
