Typically, how well do you sleep?
You tend to be a light sleeper and can get easily disturbed. You’ve got the blackout blinds, eye mask, and ear plugs handy but can still get affected by insomnia (especially from around 2-5am).
You’re generally a good sleeper and don’t seem to need as much sleep as others. You can be a bit of a night owl and find it hard to switch off and get to sleep before midnight sometimes.
You’re a deep sleeper and there is not much that can disturb you once you’ve nodded off in your cosy bed. You may even sneak in a cheeky afternoon siesta.
