Refreshing and uplifting, this mocktail is a herbal take on peach iced tea. The matcha in this can put an extra spring in your step, no alcohol needed.
What you need:
3 Pukka Supreme Matcha Green tea bags
1 peach
1 lemon
tsp honey
What you do
Steep Supreme Matcha Green tea in boiling water. Leave to cool in the fridge, overnight or for a few hours.
Once cool, blend the Supreme Matcha Green tea with the half the peach, one half of the lemon juiced and honey (if using).
After blending, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Pour over ice, garnish and enjoy.
