This winter try a mug of our Festive Apple and Ginger Warmer mocktail.
Made with our Three Ginger tea, organic apple juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves and a hint of orange peel and ginger for a perfect combination of spicy and sweet flavours to warm you up on a cold day.
Info for the doshas: This warming mocktail is an ideal autumn treat for all dosha types, but kapha types would be advised to omit adding extra sweetener in the form of coconut sugar or maple syrup.
What you need
3 Three Ginger tea bags
500ml of organic apple juice
250 ml of water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 orange, peeled
Coconut sugar or maple syrup to taste
What you do:
In a small saucepan, bring 250ml of water to a gentle boil
Remove the water from the heat, add the Pukka Three Ginger tea bags. Leave for 20 minutes to infusion.
Once the tea has infused, take the tea bag out and put this back on the heat and add the organic apple juice, orange peel and spices and stir for a few minutes until you can smell the spicy aroma
To sweeten to taste, add the coconut sugar or maple syrup
Pour into mugs, and garnish with cinnamon stick and orange peel
