Look after your joints with Ayurveda
The joints require a continual supply of blood and regenerating nutrients to remain healthy. If there is any obstruction to circulation, any deficiency in nutrient supply or too much wear and tear to prevent regeneration then the joints may suffer. A deficiency in nutrients can come from eating the wrong diet or having an under functioning digestive system. The treatment is to promote circulation and strengthen digestion and this helps to reduce inflammation and stop pain.
Thank you for creating such an amazing varietys of teas. The Cleanse, Detox, Refresh, Clarity and Three Mint are spectacular and my favourites by far.
The only dilemma that remains is which one to drink next!
