Clean Greens naturally supports the body's ability to cleanse itself. It also helps the body to cope better with our polluted environment and diet. Clean Greens is a blend of chlorophyll-rich green foods containing grass juices, leaf vegetables, seed sprouts, sea greens, freshwater plants and digestive herbs.
Each daily serving gives you: A blend of nutrient dense plant foods with high antioxidant capacities, 3% Chlorophyll and a wide range of organic trace elements, bioactive enzymes, fibre and phytonutrients including flavonoids and sulphorophanes. ORAC μM TE = 1650 per daily serving. ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) is the antioxidant capacity. We need about 3000 μM TE per day which is approximately the amount that you will get in five decent sized servings of fruit and vegetables.
Directions: Take 3 capsules 2 times a day with some water or Pukka Organic Aloe Vera Juice before food or between meals.
