Organic hemp seed oil provides the highest amount of essential fatty acids (EFA's) than any other natural food source. It is renowned for containing the perfect balance of Omega 3, 6 and 9 EFA's to match your body's requirements. EFA's are essential for human health. The body is unable to produce them so the only way we can ensure that we get what we need to stay healthy is to include them in our diet. We use a high grade, cold pressed organic oil which has a delicious nutty flavour.

Directions for use: As hemp seed oil is a superb health food, it's fine for anyone. Take two tablespoons twice a day. It tastes fantastic drizzled over salads, rice and vegetables or used for dipping with some fresh crusty bread. Click here for recipes.
Hemp seed oil can also be used as a massage oil for dry itchy skin.
Babies under 14 months take 1-2 teaspoon a day with food. If they are not eating solid food and are being breastfed, give the adult dose to the mother and the baby will get the benefits via the breast milk.
Children 14 months to age 12 take 2-4 teaspoons a day with food.
After 12 years old, take the adult dose.
