The perfect oil for a soothing head massage. Brahmi oil helps ease tension in your mind, giving clarity and aiding concentration. It works well for insomnia, anxiety and nervous aggravation. It's very good as a gentle head massage before bed to help you sleep. Recommended for children too.

It can also be a useful addition to meditation practice by adding a drop to each nostril before sitting. Helps to reduce vata and pitta.

Directions for use: Apply to the head 1 to 2 times per day. Heat up or warm gently in your hands and apply liberally as a massage oil. Allow to absorb into your skin for at least half an hour. Wash off in a warm shower or bath if required after use.
