To ensure that your credit card data is transferred to us safely and securely, it is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption in a way that means your information cannot be read by anybody else.

For maximum security and safety of your payments Pukka Herbs use the 'Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code' security checks which are designed to prevent fraud when purchasing over the internet.

We are not obliged to accept your order if there is a problem with the authorisation of your card for the full amount. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason we will refund the money to the card with which you have paid after informing you of the situation.

For your safety we do not store any card details on our computer system.
