Brand Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our young and rapidly growing premium, organic brand. Reporting directly to the MD and responsible for the whole marketing portfolio, including strategy development, category management, PR and web development.

Keen to exert our brand profile at the next level we’re now looking for a commercially focused, FMCG trained foodie who wants to make a mark with a small brand with big potential. A creative hands-on approach is essential along with the personality to inspire and influence at the highest level. In this entrepreneurial environment you will need to be quick thinking, high energy and organised to spot opportunities and drive your priorities through against tight deadlines. You will lead a small team of 3 and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Managers in both tea and remedies sectors.

 Brand Marketing Manager Job Description

QC Analyst (new role)

With our business growing so strongly, we have need to extend our QC team. The QC Analyst role will be required to perform and/or interpret qualitative and quantitative analysis; macroscopic, microscopic, HP-TLC, HPLC, GC, GCMS and contribute to the function of the QA system for the safe distribution of our products in line with current GMP. It is likely that this person will have some commercial experience of QA controls and a high level of practical lab experience.
