Mahanaryan oil is used for pain relief in the joints and muscles. The nourishing herbs in this oil help to reduce inflammation and invigorate circulation. It also eases stiff muscles after exercise and vigorous yoga sessions. Helps to reduce vata.

Directions for use: Apply to affected parts of the body 1 to 2 times per day. Heat up or warm gently in your hands and apply liberally as a massage oil. Allow to absorb into your skin for at least half an hour. Wash off in a warm shower or bath if required after use.
