Triphala is a mixture of three fruits (Amla, Haritaki and Bibhitaki) and is used to cleanse the whole system by regulating the bowels. Triphala is the best natural herbal remedy for sluggishness and regulating the whole digestive system.

Dosage: Take 2 capsules 3 times a day. Use long term from 1-12 months +.
