10th of July 2007The Pukka team walk for charity... in their bras!
With the sun shining (at last), it couldn't have been a better day for five staff members from Pukka to join nearly 2,500 women, men and children in the amazing Bristol Sunwalk on Sunday 8th July.
With the option of three different walks (5k, 10k and a half marathon) it was inspiring to see so many people come together with such energy and enthusiasm to raise money and awareness for Walk the Walk - a charity that gives grants to breast cancer care and research.
Everyone truly got in the spirit of supporting this great cause with many walkers wearing creatively decorated bras, from flowers to feathers, a tradition of the event. It was a real privilege for Pukka to have the opportunity to sponsor Walk the Walk and to take part in the walk itself. We'd also like to give a big pat on the back for Sam (from Accounts) with her very original bra design!
